It’s the tastiest time of the year. Arizona Restaurant Week is making its return this spring and we’re offering up some of our signature dishes on special to celebrate. Happening May 18-27, this statewide culinary affair gives foodies the opportunity to enjoy prix fixe menus from the state’s top dining establishments. Here are a few of our most iconic dishes that will be making appearances on our Arizona Restaurant Week menu.


Grilled Pulpo 
A crowd, and staff, favorite, our Grilled Pulpo is a great way to begin your Arizona Restaurant Week culinary adventure. This enticing dish combines unique flavors such as paprika hummus, grilled lemon chickpeas, radish, and fresh arugula.


EVO Salad 
Not to be missed, our EVO Salad is a top choice among our regulars, and it’s no wonder why. This bowl of greens features crispy Brussels sprouts and dried kale as well as pears, goat cheese, and pancetta. It is finished with a tasty balsamic.


Chicken Piccata 
Treat your tastebuds to an Italian-inspired entree like our Chicken Piccata. This hearty dish showcases an all-natural chicken breast, a spaghetti drenched in white wine, and is finished with lemon, capers, and flavorful dried tomatoes.  


Zucchini Pappardelle
This unique dish starts with zucchini noodles and pan-toasted garlic. Next, it’s covered with a saucy pomodoro sauce, sprinkled with house ricotta, roasted mushrooms, and seasoned with chili flake.


Brown Butter Baby Cake 
No meal is quite complete without a sweet ending. We’re featuring three different desserts on our Arizona Restaurant Week menu, our favorite being the Brown Butter Baby Cake. Be sure to order this dessert early, it takes about 25 minutes to prepare. The creme anglaise and raspberries are worth the wait.
